I have a 2 acre Lot with lots of direct sunshine, so the wife wants to grow hop's as part of her gardening. Works for me!

Nice choices! Lots of brewing options there! Just make sure to keep them separate. They have a way of mixing up and then it gets hard to know what's what. The roots have a way of travelling...

I do a lot of reading before I do just bout anything. We have a plan to do just that. I'll be sure to post pictures of the progress as we go. Vacuum sealer and a lot of freezer space as well as friends who brew should benefit next year.
