Guys, thrilled my CP is up and glowing, but when I unplugged and opened her up there was a "ozone" smell. Haven't built anything new and electric before. Is this normal? Nothing was plugged in so no load. Thanks.

Might just be the smell of new electronics and plastic heating up for the first time. Typically ozone is produced in high voltage equipment or when you have a lot of arcing. Give the interior of your CP a good once over (unplugged). If you don't see any evidence of burning or scortching, you are probably OK.

Hot Plastic, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that....The smell, you know that hot plastic smell, the whole hill. Smelled like [sniffing, pondering] victory. Someday this brew's gonna end...
As quoted from "Apocolypse Brew"...or something...
