Can anyone recommend an ultra low density heating element that will fit the smaller diameter of the 10 gallon Blichmann Boilermaker pot?

The ones I recommend in my guide if installed as per my instructions will work in any size Blichmann pot from 10 gallons to 55 gallons.
In a 10 gallon pot they'll be within 1/4" from the side wall but that's fine.

Thanks, Kal. Is there any concern with the element being that close to the wall?

Nope! I wouldn't worry about it. The elements can be bent slightly (carefully). Give it a little nudge if you need so that it's not pressed against the wall if you want.

Yeah, the biggest problem you're going to encounter with the 10 gal kettles is getting the SS coil small enough to fit :/

Mine fit nicely in my keggle, if you are going to weld on a fitting, do not use a full coupler, use a half or the nps locknut. With the bends in the element, you cannot snake them through a full coupler.
