Hi. This site is great. I am in the midst of the early stages of putting together my electric brewery and still trying to understand how it all goes together. I can't seem to find where in the electric brewery instructions (which are probably the most detailed and best instructions I have ever read on the internet or anywhere else) it describes how to wire the temp probes to the PID controllers. Can somebody point me to that section? I ask because I am confused by which temp probe would actually be feeding the HLT PID controller. Seems to me that you would want that one to take its input from the MLT temp sensor so that you are controlling mash temp directly instead of indirectly through controlling the temp in the HLT. Thanks for all the great work and help.

Ahhh. I got it now. I misread the pictures and thought those were the receptacles that the heating elements plugged into not the temp probe receptacles. Still working my way through all of it. Thanks again for the help.
