I'd have to say, of all the technical and complicated writeups of beer making I've read and seen from pictures this makes it look simple. I was always throughly confused until now for some reason. Perhaps it was just slowly sinking in and making sense suddenly.

I have a rule that I will try any beer one time at least, I have never had the same pumpkin beer twice and I have tried 4 or 5 ... nasty stuff.
