Discussions on brewing from a kit of any sort, using extracts, or partial mashes. Kits have come a long way since the dawn of homebrewing. Many brewers are using extract kits and accentuating them with a pound or two of grain for added complexity. Use good yeast as you're on your way to brewing great beer!
Excellent quality all-wort (no boil) kits are also available today for those who want to get into the homebrewing hobby with the least amount of effort. Simply pour into a fermentation bucket and pitch the yeast!
