Title: Back plate ready for wiring. I went to my local Ace Hardware store and picked up nylon screws for the DC power supply instead of the metal ones included in the kit. People were having problems with it shorting out.

Title: Panel front cut. Buy the tools Kal says to get. If you don't you will screw up your panel AND your kettles. I can not stress how important the correct tools have been.

Title: Heat sink installed. Go very very slowly when tapping the holes in the heat sink. A drill press is a MUST for this job.

Title: First heat element installed. Buying the expensive Green Lee tools is a MUST. You will screw up your kettles without them. The correct tools made this job really really easy. I was nervous though ~~~
