Though just released in 2012, Mosaic has become a high-demand aroma hop. Even with a high alpha content, the intense aroma of fresh pine, mango, blueberry and citrus are the main event when you brew with this hop. Generally used in Pale Ales, IPAs, and Stouts, so far Mosaic has been found to make a great addition to any recipe.

Typical alpha: 10.5-14.0%

Possible Substitutions: Simcoe (though this is a bit of a stretch as Mosaic is unique)
