Used in:
Smoother than domestic 2-row, moderate malt flavour, light in colour. Base malt for many Belgian beer styles. Very similar to German Pilsner malt.
To reduce cost, we suggest purchasing your most used base malts by the sack (50-55 lbs) instead of by the pound.
